I use this to make smoothies and juice, I add 1 or 2 tablespoons to my ingredients depending on what I’m making or how much I’m making. Since I’ve started using this I feel a lot better, I’ve been quite poorly and this has made me feel alert, brighter I’m not lethargic anymore. My skin and hair nails are much healthier.

Love this product. Doesn’t really taste of anything light savoury smell and is slightly gritty at the end but it’s fine. A little lemon juice added is a good idea and I just drink like a shot. I have felt more energy since taking this each morning. Would recommend

This powder vitamin is great I have it every morning with porridge oats and water the taste is something you get use to, I now love it. I feel better in myself and my tummy much better less bloated and regular bowel movement. Skin hair & nails has improved vastly too.

I initially wanted to try this because I've been suffering with some digestive problems recently. After two weeks of taking it alongside a prebiotic I've noticed there's been about a 50% improvement already. I'm loving the results and the ease of use. I really love this product and use it everyday. It doesn’t taste very nice on its own but I don’t mind that as it doesn’t contain any unnecessary sugars or sweeteners. You can always add it to a smoothie so you don’t taste it. I prefer to add it to a glass of water in the morning and drink it though a straw.
