SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.
- Orders placed after 7:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or modified but is still eligible for return. Only unopened and undamaged shipments with the seal intact that are returned within 14 days of purchase will receive a refund. Opened or damaged shipments are not eligible for return.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 2 – 3 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1 - 2 business days
International shipping is not available at this time
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is free for orders above £40
- Orders below £35 will incur a standard shipping fee of £2.99 on each item
- Orders below £35 will incur a expedited shipping fee of £3.99 on each item
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support at hey@inspiriko.co.uk, with your order number.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with your local courier or neighbours. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking shows the order as delivered.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not happy, you may return your order under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The 100% money back guarantee is available only for the first product you buy from us and does not apply to additional units or subsequent purchases. If you buy multiple units of the same product, we will offer you a full refund for one unit and the remaining units will have to be returned to us undamaged and unopened to be eligible for a return.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at hey@inspiriko.co.uk to request a return, including your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for sending the item back.
- Securely pack the item and ship it to our return address using the return labels provided
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus any return shipping fees) or replacement within 3 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- If a refund is approved, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
- If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank first.
- Return shipping fees will apply, and will be subtracted from the total refund, unless the refund is due to our error or due to damaged items.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, with a photo of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Gift cards
