SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.
• Orders placed after 7:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or modified but is still eligible for return. Only unopened and undamaged shipments with the seal intact that are returned within 14 days of purchase will receive a refund. Opened or damaged shipments are not eligible for return.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping:  2 – 3 business days
• Expedited Shipping:  1 - 2 business days

International shipping is not available at this time

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping is free for orders above £40
• Orders below £35 will incur a standard shipping fee of £2.99 on each item
• Orders below £35 will incur a expedited shipping fee of £3.99 on each item

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support at hey@inspiriko.co.uk, with your order number.
• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with your local courier or neighbours. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking shows the order as delivered.
