I take smarter magnesium every night to help with sleep, I’ve suffered with poor sleep for years, it takes ages to get to sleep, and I wake easily, so constantly feel tired, but since taking this regularly an hour before bed it’s completely changed my sleeping habits, I feel it relaxes me enough to get to sleep, and I don’t wake up through the night either, love it!

What is the best way to use Super Green Energy?
Add 1 teaspoon (5 grams) to smoothies, juices, smoothie bowls or water.
Does Super Green Energy contain Gluten?
No, but it may contain traces. Organic Barley Grass could be the only ingredient that may cause concern, but there are no barley seeds in this (which is the part that contains gluten). So strictly, no gluten in this product. However, Super Green Energy is manufactured in a factory that handles ingredients containing gluten, which it is rare, there is a small chance of trace contamination. So if you are coeliac, we would not recommend this product for you.
What types of magnesium are included in Smarter Magnesium?
We include 3 different types of Magnesium in Smarter Magnesium to improve absorption and bioavailability of Magnesium. The 3 different types are Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Malate.
What’s the best way to take this Magnesium to avoid digestive issues?
We recommend taking 2 capsules on an empty stomach, but if this creates digestive issues you can take it along with or after a meal. You can also take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening.
What’s the best way to use this collagen?
Our Premium Multi Collagen Blend, includes an advanced taste masker, which makes it truly tasteless and odourless, compared to other similar collagen in the market, so it can be practically used with any beverage or recipe. In cold beverages to make sure it mixes well use a hand held whisk or shaker. For hot beverages, mix well with a spoon and keep aside for a few minutes, the powder should dissolve completely and also it helps reduce any potential off taste or odour (heat might bring out the bitter taste of marine collagen).
