Was a little doubtful about using this as the reviews say it tastes awful.I was prepared to be heaving and although it isn't a pleasant taste, isn't awful either. I've been taking this for a little while and found that taking 1 tablespoon (morning and night) then sugary tea masks the taste.Since taking it my nails are stronger, I sleep better, skin is clearer, no longer get bloated and my joint pain has decreased significantly.Only downsides are taste and makes you need the loo alot

I’ve read a lot about black seed oil and so I purchased this. Admittedly it isn’t the nicest taste but pull your big girls pants up and it’s no problem.Oh, also it’s great for the skin. I popped on over night and skin was glowing the next day! Good for the odd pimple too.

I've been using Black Seed OIl for several months now after hearing how good it is for just about everything. I have an autoimmune disease which made my skin to break open on my neck and fingers. Black Seed Oil can be off putting for new time users, due to it's slightly bitter taste, however I'd recommend trying it mixed in with food and drinks to get your daily dosage.I've been adding a teaspoon in with natural Greek yoghurt, honey, cinnamon and blueberries, in the morning , as it tones down the taste for me. I'll also add another teaspoon in with a cup of ginger tea after work.I personally use Black Seed Oil as an anti-inflammatory but there's plenty of other glowing reviews of the other benefits of this oil
