What’s the best way to use this collagen?
Our Premium Multi Collagen Blend, includes an advanced taste masker, which makes it truly tasteless and odourless, compared to other similar collagen in the market. So it can be practically used with any beverage or recipe. In cold beverages to make sure it mixes well use a hand held whisk or shaker. For hot beverages, mix well with a spoon and keep aside for a few minutes, the powder should dissolve completely and also it helps reduce any potential off taste or odour (heat might bring out the bitter taste of marine collagen).

We use 4 sources of collagen for this blend, these include, Naticol Marine Collagen, Peptan Bovine Collagen, Collartix Cartilage Collagen and Valsyon Egg Membrane Collagen - all of them gold standard research backed collagen. These 4 sources of collagen, provide one of the most comprehensive coverage of different types of collagen. These include, Type 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10. All of these support the body in different ways, everything from your skin, hair, nails, joints to bones.
How many grams of collagen should I take daily?
Most clinical studies indicate a serving between 5 grams and 10 grams is enough for skin, hair, nails and joint health benefits. Some brands do recommend upto 20 grams, but there is no evidence that this quantity is necessary (it does help them sell more to you though). In our Premium Multi Collagen, along with a high strength 10 grams serving of collagen, we include other ingredients that improves your body’s own collagen synthesis - like Vitamin C and Biotin, and Hyaluronic Acid.
