How many capsules should I take each day?
We recommend taking 2 capsules each day, but if you need extra support you can increase that to 4 capsules per day for a limited period of time.

I struggle with swallowing capsules, do you have any tips?
We realise that many people have trouble swallowing capsules. If you are one of them, try any of these tips.
- Open the capsule and add the contents to a drink or recipe.
- Instead of taking 2 at once, just take one capsule at a time by drinking plenty of water before and after swallowing the capsule
- Place the capsule on tongue & take a sip of water, but don’t swallow. Move chin towards the chest and then swallow.
