Why should I take collagen?

For best results take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Ideally take the capsules on an empty stomach, but if that causes any digestive issues then take it along with a meal.

- Take one capsule at a time with plenty of water before and after swallowing the capsule
- Place capsule on tongue & take a sip of water, but don’t swallow. Move chin towards the chest & then swallow
